Kısaca: Nooktide hesap istemez. Takviminiz, alışkanlıklarınız ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Reklam, analiz ya da izleme aracı kullanmayız. Tek istisna, Nooktide Pro aboneliğinizi doğrulamak için kullandığımız RevenueCat hizmetidir.

Bu politika, Nooktide iOS uygulamasının ve widget'larının (“Nooktide”, “uygulama”) hangi bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı geliştiren ve bu politikadan sorumlu olan taraf Nooktide geliştiricisidir (“biz”). Sorularınız için: [email protected]

1. Cihazınızda kalan bilgiler

Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca iPhone'unuzda, uygulamanın ve widget'larının ortak kullandığı saklama alanında tutulur. Bize ya da üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez:

Nooktide içinde eklediğiniz etkinlikler, tekrarlayan etkinlikler ve öneriler
Alışkanlıklarınız, seansların “yapıldı” bilgisi ve serileriniz
Çalışma saatleriniz, tercihleriniz ve bildirim ayarlarınız

iPhone'unuzun iCloud ya da bilgisayar yedeği açıksa bu veriler, cihazınızdaki diğer uygulama verileri gibi Apple'ın yedekleme sistemiyle yedeklenebilir. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu veriler cihazınızdan silinir.

2. Takvim

İzin verirseniz Nooktide, iPhone'unuzdaki takvimleri (iCloud, Google, Outlook gibi telefonunuza eklediğiniz hesaplar dahil) cihaz üzerinde okur ve planlarınızın etrafını planlamak için kullanır. Nooktide içinde onayladığınız etkinlikleri iPhone takviminize (varsayılan olarak “Nooktide” adlı bir takvime) kaydeder; bu etkinliklerde yaptığınız değişiklikler iki yönde eşitlenir.

Bu işlem iPhone'unuzun kendi takvim sistemi üzerinden yapılır. Takvim bilgileriniz bize gönderilmez. Takvimlerinizin hesaplarınız arasında eşitlenmesi, ilgili hesap sağlayıcısının (ör. Apple, Google, Microsoft) kendi koşullarına tabidir. İzni istediğiniz zaman iPhone Ayarlar › Nooktide bölümünden kapatabilirsiniz.

3. Mikrofon ve konuşma tanıma

Mikrofon yalnızca siz dikte düğmesine bastığınızda, söylediğinizi metne çevirmek için kullanılır. Diliniz destekliyorsa tanıma cihazda yapılır; desteklemiyorsa ses, Apple'ın konuşma tanıma hizmeti tarafından Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına göre işlenir. Nooktide ses kaydı saklamaz.

4. Apple Intelligence ve Siri

Destekleyen cihazlarda, yazdığınız bazı istekler Apple'ın cihaz üzerinde çalışan dil modeliyle yorumlanabilir. Bu işlem telefonunuzda gerçekleşir; bize bir şey gönderilmez. Siri ve Kestirmeler ile verdiğiniz komutlar Apple tarafından Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına göre işlenir.

5. Bildirimler

Hatırlatmalar, sabah özeti ve haftalık plan bildirimleri cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır. Bunun için bir sunucu kullanılmaz; anlık bildirim (push) hizmeti kullanmayız.

6. Satın almalar ve abonelik (Nooktide Pro)

Nooktide Pro, Apple'ın uygulama içi satın alma sistemiyle satın alınır. Ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz; ödemeyi Apple işler.

Aboneliğinizin geçerli olup olmadığını doğrulamak için RevenueCat, Inc. (ABD) hizmetini kullanırız. RevenueCat bu amaçla şunları işler:

7. İzleme, reklam ve analiz

Nooktide reklam göstermez, sizi uygulamalar ve web siteleri arasında izlemez, üçüncü taraf analiz ya da reklam araçları kullanmaz.

Apple Ads. Bir satın almanın hangi Apple Ads kampanyasından geldiğini anlamak için Apple'ın AdServices çerçevesinin sağladığı anonim atıf bilgisini RevenueCat'e iletiriz. Bu bilgi reklam kimliğinizi (IDFA) içermez ve sizi izlemek için kullanılmaz.

Apple, cihazınızda izin verdiyseniz çökme raporlarını ve kullanım istatistiklerini kendi koşulları çerçevesinde geliştiricilerle anonim olarak paylaşabilir.

8. Hukuki dayanak

Cihazınızda kalan bilgiler bizim tarafımızdan işlenmez. RevenueCat aracılığıyla yapılan işleme, satın aldığınız aboneliğin sunulması (sözleşmenin ifası) ve meşru menfaatimiz (kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi) dayanağına dayanır. Türkiye'de 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, Avrupa Birliği'nde Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamındaki haklarınız saklıdır.

9. Yurt dışına aktarım

RevenueCat'in sunucuları Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'ndedir. Abonelik doğrulaması için gereken bilgiler bu nedenle yurt dışına aktarılır; aktarım, RevenueCat'in taahhüt ettiği güvenlik önlemleri ve standart sözleşme hükümleri çerçevesinde yapılır.

10. Saklama süresi

Cihazınızdaki veriler, siz silene ya da uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır. RevenueCat'teki satın alma kayıtları, aboneliğin yönetimi ve yasal yükümlülükler (ör. vergi ve muhasebe) için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanır.

11. Haklarınız

Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve şikâyette bulunma haklarına sahipsiniz. Cihazınızdaki verileri doğrudan uygulamadan ya da uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsiniz. RevenueCat'teki satın alma kaydınızın silinmesini istemek için [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na, AB'de bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine başvurabilirsiniz.

12. Çocuklar

Nooktide 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri bu sayfada ve gerekirse uygulama içinde duyururuz. Güncel tarih sayfanın başında yer alır.

Privacy Policy

In short: Nooktide doesn't need an account. Your calendar, habits and settings stay on your device. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. The one exception is RevenueCat, which we use to check your Nooktide Pro subscription.

This policy explains what information the Nooktide iOS app and its widgets (“Nooktide”, “the app”) handle and how. The party that develops the app and is responsible for this policy is the developer of Nooktide (“we”). Questions: [email protected]

1. What stays on your device

The following is kept only on your iPhone, in storage shared by the app and its widgets. It is never sent to us or to third parties:

Events, repeating events and suggestions you add in Nooktide
Your habits, which sessions you marked done, and your streaks
Your working hours, preferences and notification settings

If iCloud or computer backup is on, this data may be backed up by Apple's backup system like any other app data on your device. Deleting the app deletes it from your device.

2. Calendar

If you allow it, Nooktide reads the calendars on your iPhone (including accounts you've added, such as iCloud, Google or Outlook) on the device, to plan around what's already there. It saves the events you keep in Nooktide to your iPhone calendar (by default, to a calendar named “Nooktide”), and changes to those events sync both ways.

This happens through your iPhone's own calendar system; your calendar is never sent to us. Syncing between your accounts is governed by each provider's own terms (for example Apple, Google or Microsoft). You can turn access off at any time in iPhone Settings › Nooktide.

3. Microphone and speech recognition

The microphone is used only when you tap the dictation button, to turn what you say into text. If your language supports it, recognition happens on the device; otherwise the audio is processed by Apple's speech recognition service under Apple's privacy policy. Nooktide keeps no recordings.

4. Apple Intelligence and Siri

On supported devices, some of what you type may be read with Apple's on-device language model. This happens on your phone and nothing is sent to us. Requests you make through Siri and Shortcuts are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

5. Notifications

Reminders, the morning summary and the weekly plan are scheduled locally on your device. No server is involved and we use no push notification service.

6. Purchases and subscriptions (Nooktide Pro)

Nooktide Pro is bought through Apple's in-app purchase system. We never see your payment details; Apple processes the payment.

To check whether your subscription is active we use RevenueCat, Inc. (USA). For this, RevenueCat processes:

7. Tracking, advertising and analytics

Nooktide shows no ads, doesn't track you across apps and websites, and uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools.

Apple Ads. To see which Apple Ads campaign led to a purchase, we pass the anonymous attribution token from Apple's AdServices framework to RevenueCat. It doesn't include your advertising identifier (IDFA) and isn't used to track you.

If you've allowed it on your device, Apple may share crash reports and usage statistics with developers anonymously, under Apple's terms.

8. Legal basis

We don't process the information that stays on your device. Processing through RevenueCat is based on providing the subscription you bought (performance of a contract) and our legitimate interest in preventing misuse. Your rights under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are unaffected.

9. International transfers

RevenueCat's servers are in the United States, so the information needed to check subscriptions is transferred there, under the safeguards and standard contractual clauses RevenueCat provides.

10. Retention

Data on your device stays there until you delete it or remove the app. Purchase records at RevenueCat are kept for as long as needed to manage your subscription and meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and complain. You can remove the data on your device from the app itself or by deleting the app. To ask for your purchase record at RevenueCat to be deleted, write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority or the data protection authority in your EU country.

12. Children

Nooktide is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll announce significant changes on this page and, where needed, in the app. The current date is at the top of this page.
